This was my first time at KOZO Salon and Holly was my hair stylist. She was amazing! Holly transformed my hair and corrected the color, texture and cut. I don't think its ever looked better. She added highlights, low lights and all over color to make it look more natural. No more brassiness or dried out tired looking hair for me!
I cannot say enough amazing things about my hairstylist! ✨ Every visit feels like a full glow-up experience. Not only is she incredibly talented, but her sense of style is always ahead of the trends. Update to my review. Third picture shows date of January 28 and hair was colored on January 15. These pictures are from TWO WEEKS after my hair was colored not two months although as the owner is pointing out it does look like months of grow out. Holly did my hair color and cut. My hair was healthy before she said so herself. My hair is now dry and feels like straw. Color is uneven and highlights are stripey and frosted looking. Lowlights are muddy and cut is not great either. Layers are just blending into each other. I went somewhere else to get it fixed and they said my hair is damaged. Holly said all I need is a root tap but other salons said I need highlights blending and deep conditioning treatments to repair my hair. Holy gave partial refund but when I found out my hair is damaged I called back twice to ask for full refund and now she won't return my calls. I also have left messages for Cindy the owner after another salon recommended I ask for a full refund but Cindy won't return my calls. In reply to your response Cindy I don't need to make excuses for Holly to not do my hair again. I asked for a full refund I got a partial. You are out product but I am paying to have my hair fixed and for conditioning treatments. Other salons have already said my color is not right and needs fixing.
Holly is amazing! I'm talking an absolute miracle worker on my hair! She fixed a messed up color job that I had no hope for. She is so sweet too! Absolutely love the atmosphere and her. If you can't book with her try to get Mary Grace. They make you feel at home and know what they're doing. Below are before and after pics.
